A glimpse of Idols in Palakol Vinayaka Chavithi Pandals Palakol is a temple town in West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh. It has a long tradition of religious festivals and related rituals. Vinayaka Chavithi is one such festival that is enthusiastically observed.  Temporary mandirs are erected in several places of the town and beautiful, big, myriad shapes of Vinakaya Pratimas (idols) are installed. Every morning and evening pujas are performed with devoted fervor during the nine days of festivities. On the last day, the idols are ceremoniously immersed in water. Here are some photographs of idols of Vinayaka that are installed in different places in Palakol. This mantra contains Ksapira prasada Ganapthi , Ucchista Ganapathi and Srividya Vallabha Ganapathi , Agni, Surya, Lalaithambika, Balatripura Sundari, Mahamritunjaya, Kubera, Lakshmi, Vishnu, Rudra, Durga shaktis together.  Śrī Vidyā Ga ṇ apati Vāñcha kalpalatā mantra श्री विद्या गणपति वाञ्छ कल्पलता मन्त्र శ్రీ విద్యా గణపతి వాంఛ కల్పలత మంత్రం This mantra is a combination of mantras of Ga ṇ apati, Saubhāgya Pañcadaśī and Gāyatrī. Vāñcha means wishing or the one who desires for something and kalpalatā means granting all desires.
